The friendliness and warmth of the staff is unmatched. Truly one of the best staff at a hotel that I have met. Great breakfast and clean rooms as well. The only reason I put 4 stars is that the fitness center has a ton of boxes stacked from floor to ceiling and felt more like a storage room. The treadmill was not functioning properly and the only other machines in the room were an elliptical and a bike. As long as you are not planning a workout, this hotel is perfect.
I have stayed at this Hotel for many years. I will only stay here in Pendleton. The rooms are clean, staff is great, and the beds and pillows are amazing. I like that the parking lot is well lighted up at night and it is convenient to everything. I love this Hotel. The breakfast is great as well
Friendly staff, clean & comfortable rooms. Amazing breakfast. Manager is so accommodating & very knowledgeable about the area & gave us great ideas of what to do in Pendleton & great places to eat. I stay there every time I’m in town.
Comfy, clean room. Good breakfast... better than some other Holiday Inns. Desk clerk gave us an EXCELLENT suggestion for dinner, & also gave us a nice, convenient view room. She was very helpful. Would stay here again.
Had a great stay. Tony and Christen were so helpful. They didn't have our rooms ready when we showed up (we were super early so it was on us). They politely explained the situation. We went and had a drink then came back. Rooms were ready and Tony and Christen were so polite and helpful.
Slept like a baby. The staff are great and hotel is clean. I unknowingly left my watch and the amazing young lady at the front desk was able to catch me before I left town. It made my day. Thank you.
Highly recommend this hotel when in Pendleton, have had to try a couple of their competitors the last couple months when traveling for work because they were sold out and can without a doubt say this is the hotel to choose when in town. Staff is great there which does not seem to be the case as some of the others.
So I've stayed at ALOT of hotels as a house wife of a business man. This is my absolute favorite hotel out of them all...because of Crystal and her crew. She makes this place everything it is: clean, comfortable, warm, and welcoming. Staff that goes above and beyond every time you visit and genuinely caring about their guests while striving to make it feel like a home away from home. Breakfast is always on point, cookies in the evenings. As long as Crystal is the manager, we will continue to refer EVERONE we know business and personal here...yes even over Hampton (gag), Oxford, and Radisson. A very happy loyal guest of 5ish years
